J형 송풍기는 ITO의 사이드 커버 재킷 냉각형 송풍기입니다. J형 송풍기의 경우 측면 덮개 하우징을 통해 냉각수가 흐르며, 이는 배출구 측에서 배출되는 공기의 열 전달에 가장 큰 영향을 받습니다. 측면 커버 하우징의 큰 온도 상승을 방지함으로써 베어링 홀더도 열에 덜 노출됩니다. 또한 측면 덮개 하우징 자체를 통해 냉각수의 흐름을 유지하면 ITO는 베어링, 오일 씰, O-링 및 윤활유의 효율성과 수명을 향상시키는 데 성공했습니다.
(1) 베어링 온도가 75 ℃ 미만입니다 . ITO 베어링은 수명이 최소 5년 이상입니다.
(2) 윤활유 교환 주기는 점도가 좋기 때문에 2000시간에서 8000시간 사이입니다 .
(3) 오일 시일, O-링 등 예비 부품: J형 송풍기는 베어링 홀더를 식힐 수 있어 베어링 홀더에 설치된 오일 시일, O-링 등 예비 부품의 수명을 연장할 수 있습니다.
J-type blowers are ITO’s side-cover, jacket cooling type blowers. With J-type blowers, cooling water flows through the side cover housing, which is most affected by the heat transfer from discharged air at the outlet side. By preventing large temperature increases in the side cover housing, the bearing holders also experience less heat exposure. Furthermore, when maintaining the flow of cooling water through the side cover housing itself, ITO succeeded in improving the efficiency and service life of the bearings, oil seals, O-rings, and lubrication oil.
(1) Bearing temperature is below 75℃. ITO bearings have long service life of at least five years.
(2) Lubrication oil change intervals range from 2000 operating hours to 8000 operating hours due to favorable viscosity.
(3) Oil seal, O-ring etc spare parts: J-type blowers can cool down the bearing holder, which can prolong the service life of the Oil seal, O-ring etc spare parts installed in bearing holder.
